I did not get assisted, waited for more than 30 minutes, lady was on a phonecall after that kept me waiting while assisting the Uber eats drivers

I ordered pizza online tonight at 17h42 and got confirmation of my order and said delivery will leave in 50 minutes. We received our order only 19h45. We waited for 2 hours. This is totally unacceptable and very disappointing.
