We tried this restaurant for the first time yesterday. We requested lemon and herb flavor,well the chicken was flavourless,dryu0026disgusting to say the least,if you dont have the sauce the dont ask "what flavour?"????

Very convenient parking right near the entrance where l walk in to order and then pop in to the well stocked Pick n Pay while l wait. Friendly service everytime in a neat and clean space, where my order is always taken and served correctly. They also sell a small selection of beers and ciders. Have yet to experience a mad rush or crowds which makes it a pleasant experience. Definitely recommended.

Why call it a "drive through" when we always have to wait for the order in the parking lot - creating new traffic. Ridiculous service. The guy infront of me actually decided he is fed up with waiting now and walked into the store. Not one car got their order directly from the drive through tonight. It would've been more understandable if it was actually busy... but it's not.
Rude staff as well. The lady walked outside now delivering more meals and I asked her to check on my very plain order.. "huh, its coming". Yes... while you even have my order number, right? So done with this Nandos.

Had lunch yesterday with a friend and was assisted by given. Whilst taking our orders he seemed very distracted and not very keen on assisting us. He then botched up our order as i specifically asked for a roll which he didnt seem to care about as the meal came without the roll. I had to get up go ask him abt it, go sit down still no roll...got up asked him again he didnt seem apologetic at all. Worse service i experienced thus far at any nandos. Whats sad was his lack of empathy, this guy should never be allowed to work front of shop, one gets the feel that its not his business and he doesnt care. This attitude is certainly not good for business. Wont be going back

Nandos at Jean Crossing has the worst service. First you have to wait 30 min in the drive through then when they give you the order and confirm it at the window they still give you the wrong order. One should think they should get the order right after half an hour wait. How can some one spent money and get the wrong food and not be able feed your family. Worst shop ever will tell everyone I know to avoid this place ????????????????????

The worst prepared Nandos I had. After my first experience of dry chicken, I requested extra sauce on my second try, however, there was a little sauce on the outside whilst the inside was terribly dry. The cook does not use sauce while preparing and needs to be trained to prepare Nando's. When I received my meal from the waiter, I requested a bottle of sauce to which he pointed it out and asked me to get it. The waiter also killed my appetite as his pants was midway below his waist showing off his underpants. Please can you gusy address these issues urgently.

Had lunch at Nandos flawless transaction and the ladies were courteous and knew what they were doing! Service was great u0026 overall very nice experience. Highly recommended!!
Came here again this time around, the wedges were cold, Had the worse coffee (cappuccino) of my life!! despite the fact that I asked them change it twice!????
