I want to put zero but it doesn’t allow me to, In all my history of visiting guest houses/hotels, this has to be my worst experience to date. Although I appreciate the house allowing me to check in at around 12:30 instead of 2, there were numerous issues, when I got there I was asked to pay when booking was done online, secondly when I arrived at my room the door handle was loose so the door doesn’t open and close properly, the door at the handle is so eaten up you can’t even put any screws to fasten it anymore, thirdly the toilet seat was in the worst condition ever, and the Cherry on the top, even though I checked in at 12:30, even at 3 pm, I had no hot water, not even warm water to wash my hands. Needless to say I checked out at 15:05. Spent almost R600 and got nothing for it. Doubt any of my concerns will be taken seriously, I would steer clear of the place unless you want to waste money. I did chat to Khumi the owner about the above but all I got was excuses and not even one apology for what’s happened.
