Manager(ANDREW) was RUDE to us not welcoming, even after we told him we made a mistake on our bookings and we want to upgrade to a better room He REFUSED, had to sleep in an UNCOMFORTABLE room for the night emails had to be sent to the owner so we can be moved to a different nice place but our day 1 was RUINED , not going to that place again. But I should say the night shift guy/manager was NICE and HELPFUL I don't think we were going to be moved if he didn't see that email.
