My car was booked in 17 Jan for repairs now its 11 March they still saying they picked up additional parts they need to order.worst of all they never give me update I alway have to call them. This is the worst service I have ever experience.i will never allow for my car to be repaired at this place ever again.this is beyond poor management it incompetence of the highest level.i gave one star because I can't give a negative rating.

I took my car to the panel beater to get if fixed on the 10th of August bust since then my car is not fixed,. Mind you it only the bumper that need to be fixed nothing more, the sad part is that they don't update me of anything I have to call them almost everyday then they will tell me stories, that there is a part that is short and there are waiting for it but when I brought the car to them, they said they have ordered everything and my car was going to be fixed within 3 weeks, and now it been a month and 12 days they are telling me different stories, this is really inconvenient for me because I am using my car to get to work I am angry I am frustrated and I want my car whether fixed or not.

Top class body repair work and excellent backup service. Friendly and helpful staff that goes the extra mile and in some cases two. Highly recommended for quality and service.

Worse place ever. They took an advantage of me just because I am woman they kept my car for 3 weeks when I picked it up it wasn't done properly it was filthy dirty, I hate that place with passion
