I actually loved Bird u0026 Co. when I sat down at the Lifestyle Market because the food would always come fresh and it’s simply delicious.
Today I made a quick lunch break with colleagues from the office, a colleague of mine (Cristina) called and ordered for all of us. She spoke to Samkhe, who was firstly - incredibly rude. The line was bad so my colleague kept repeating herself, to which Samkhe responded saying “I know I know” as if Cristina repeating herself was annoying her so much. She wasn’t very happy to take the call. When you’re ordering food, you don’t want to encounter someone who doesn’t want to speak to you. What kind of service is that? You should be happy to work at an incredible fast-food restaurant? To Samkhe, learn how to act professionally.. just because your calls aren’t recorded - doesn’t mean you won’t get caught out for having a bad attitude.
Another thing. The food was so bad as a takeout!! Chicken strips are over done (hard and inedible) and the chips were soggy and unseasoned. This is not the Bird u0026 Co. standards that I’m used to. It might have been unprofessional service on a random day. Not happy with this. The next time I come around, I hope you guys do better.
