The layout is nice and relaxed atmosphere however the food was missing something. Compared to the Florida road branch, the fish seemed a bit smaller and the steak had a weird after taste. The pizza was OK. Presentation was good and service was good as well. Drinks were fantastic.

My partner and I love Lupa and go there often but very disappointed after our last visit. The waitress Gaily was not as friendly as the lovely faces that have served us before. She just seemed to have an attitude and of course an attitude does not need a voice.

Delicious food but I'd rather stick to their pizzas and pastas. Tried the fillet steak and was not that impressed. The presentation was great but the chips were mushy and the onion rings a bit raw and doughy.

Usually we see managers on the floor but this evening they weren't in sight. It's unfortunate, we do still love Lupa and hope to return with a better experience.

This is such an ideal place for dining. Surrounded by modern minimalistic settings. They offer great food at affordable prices! What more could someone ask for .
This time around I tried their calamari and chips from their lunch time special and it was the perfect choice. Perfectly cooked calamari in creamy garlic sauce, with light cripsy chips. Such a treat!

The moment you step into the restaurant you would assume it would be a night to remember, it was but not for a good reason. The layout of the restaurant is great it’s roomy and ventilated great under the circumstances of it been packed the Saturday I was there, the food however was “smaller” compared to the one at Florida Road, the snails starters was much less than what I usual get at Florida road. My friend had to send his steak back 3 times in order for the cook to get it to what we asked for which was medium rare. I am not happy with the food quality as well as the waitress I had seemed very uninformed about the drinks as well as wines she kept calling for her manager to ask him if what I wanted to drink was suitable or not. It could have been easily 4 stars but simply basic things could not be done.

Good service from the waiter however food is quite pricey and well presented. The taste of the food was alright, I enjoyed the Marinara pasta but the burger wasn't great, over cooked. The drinks was really lovely, we ordered a rainfall and summer fling mocktail. Dessert was okay, I ordered the dark chocolate mousse and vanilla panna cotta.

Absolutely amazing! The place is beautiful and staff are super friendly and the food was delicious. Special thanks to our waitress Lungi who provided us with excellent service and the manager for not charging extra for something we returned which was no fault of their's. Well done guys.
