I would like to take this opportunity to thank the staff at builders express Ballito for their care and their going the extra mile for me. Two Sundays ago I bought shatter proof wood and they patiently cut it for me to fit into my car. Love the staff. Another big shout out to Albert for going the extra mile even on his day off. So impressed thank you.

The staff seem very depressed working at this branch. They all seem down and in the dumps. They helped me find everything I needed as a customer at least. The cashier was the friendliest staff member I came across. These staff are either overworked or underpaid, something is up at this branch.

Terrible service. I ordered something online it was suppose to be delivered 3 days ago and I'm still waiting. I sent them emails on the site etc to email or call me and nothing. I don't have a landlines to call them and I shouldn't have to buy airtime to call for something I already paid for. Honestly man so frustrated I even paid for a deliver fee of R450.

I ordered roofing sheets on the 18th of July until now I don't know what is going on, I've been calling them now n then but there's no straight answer from them.The only thing they do they take my details and promise to call me back which they don't,up until I will be the one to call them again.I don't think I will ever buy anything from them ever again.The only thing that is left for me to do now it is to ask for a refund

I like the fact that you can check the availability of products online before you head to the shop. Pleasant shopping experience and ready - to-assist sales guys on the floor.
