There is not much to say, it’s MC’ds at the end of the day. You are getting a average burger at best. Service is not good at all, always the occasional “sorry sir repeat that” “you said no mayo” yet I communicate Crystal clear all the time at the drive threw. Once I’ve asked specifically for no ice yet they gave me two cokes with ice, when I told the lady she just reached into my cup with her hands ( she was wearing gloves ) and took the ice out, I was horrified to say the least. I demanded two new cokes. I am not sure when and who implemented but I had to pay 7.50 rand extra per burger to get extra sauce on the grand chicken spicy and I am not sure if that’s the right monetary value for extra sauce. Location is good always a friendly guard and lit up well.

Why advertise that you have ice cream but you never do? There is only one Mc Donald’s drive through in the whole of Ballito which is a sea side town, it is extremely hot and my children get so disappointed every time we come to your restaurant to find out there is no ice-cream. Especially when we have to wait in the drive through cue and even when we walk in. I am dissatisfied and disappointed with your branches advertisement and lack of basic dessert items.

A friend of mine bought a burger from here a while ago on the way home and when he opened it up there was hundreds of worms coming out the patty, DISGUESTING!!! I've never seen anything like this. Also your staff are unwelcoming and rude and seriously do something about that one guy that's been begging there right at your car window by the drive through for 3 years, it's not exactly the experience anyone wants someone begging for food while you're at the window trying to order or paying. Pathetic. Your staff at the drive through also claim the milkshake machine is not working but if you order inside you can get a milkshake, like seriously, if anyone wants to experience bottom of the barrel South African service delivery then go to this Mcdonalds, they act like they are doing you a favour by taking your order. I can understand the owner probably does not know about this because staff tend to not say anything about complaints but something serious needs to be done.

Macdonalds ballito drive-thru forever has something broken or something on the menu. The manager is an incompetent individual who feels he can say whatever he likes. The app is so useless because things are never available. I know McDonald's is a massive company and doesn't give a Damm about 1 customer, but service delivery at this outlet is gone to the dogs!!!

Fast and efficient service. Great prices. The chicken burger patty is highly processed and horrible, But the chips are really nice. ????

When going to McDonald's in South Africa, you can not enjoy dine-in. The staff constantly scream at each other to the point that you can not have a conversation or enjoy your food. Ballito McDonald's is not a peaceful spot for breakfast by any definition of the word.
Instead, get a takeaway.

Take that 24hour sign down. Between this place giving bad service and never being open in the morning, I'll find a different place to have meals. And maybe just start doing something about these reviews instead of sending just a sorry message.
