Bought a second hand vehicle and the radio head unit wasn’t turning on. I phoned audio active and they gave me a a time to come through. When I got there,I was greeted and attended to by the owner within minutes,he did a quick inspection and actually saved my car from a potential fire (Live amp wire cut by previous owner) They pulled my car into their shop and started their fault finding,within 5 minutes my head unit was on and I had music! ???????????? I received great service,and great advice. And all this cost me nothing,not a cent. When it’s time for me to do a system upgrade-Audio active will definitely be my go to. Thanks again guys. ????????

Excellent service from Audio Active. Came in for some tweeters and was promptly assisted. They opened a sealed box and tested that the tweeter will fit in my cars' housing. Was in an out in under 10 mins. Price was also pretty reasonable for a good quality brand

The owner (name witheld against possible use for spam) was amazing. He was very helpful and offered a great service and takes obvious pride in his brand and delivery. He is also a Ballito patriot which is nice to see. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for help in car audio and in car entertainment.

I took my car in there for my insurance inspection and the lady at reception was nice and helpful but there was no communication on what was needed by my insurance so I sat for 30 minutes not being offered water, coffee nothing. She tried but yeah as a business everyone does their own things.

The best service I've had, they installed my system 2 years ago but it's the after sales service that one gets thats made me give them a 5 star rating.

Owner operated business, quoted and installed on same day, excellent service and pick-up and drop off service to local areas. I would recommend them to anyone who needs attention and service.
