Let’s start off with the chicken, absolutely fresh never once have Nandos failed me at lunch time I have lunch twice a week at Nandos it’s always fresh and friendly faces. The service is relatively quick depending on the time of day it does get a little lengthy the wait but it’s certainly worth the wait. The parking spaces are certainly big enough for bakkies or cars I do wish however the sign that they have that says “curb side delivery” was moved else where and not kept in the middle of a parking it feels from time to time as if the sign will bump into a car. The restaurant is always not in the best of conditions in terms of cleanliness, I always seem to have to ask a waitress or waiter to wipe down the table or remove dirty dishes which I find unnecessary to ask to do it should be done once a customer gets up and leaves, this is the only reason why I subtracted a star.

I posted this review 3 weeks ago: My family purchases Nando’s meals and pregos regularly, at Lifestyle Centre (Ballito). Until tonight, the food has been consistently good. Tonight, we ordered 3x quarter chicken meals and 2x prego meals. The pregos were undercooked and not marinated sufficiently, with the chicken tasting so bland as if there was no marinade used, and the coleslaw had to be discarded as well because it smelled like it was beginning to spoil. Very disappointing as Nando’s has always been a firm favourite.

A few days later, I received a call from the store’s junior manager, apologising for the poor food quality and the inconvenience. I was also offered a free replacement of the meals I was not satisfied with. I didn’t take her up on her offer because the gesture sufficed. Last week, we ordered again, and the food was prepared to perfection. Hence Nandos gets 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from my family, again.

Loved the experience as well as the food, as a family, we were so honored by the service we got, to the owner of the shop, kindly renovate the outside canvas covers. The worn out and don't give us needed shelter.

Even though on my last visit they say they had no water so we had to eat in take away packets and drink in paper cups. I hope that is sorted now...its a good place thought

Ordered the avo/halloumi veg boujee bowl. I specified that it must be veg, no chicken. Still got a full portion of shredded chicken in my veg meal:)
