I bought iced mocha and recieved my iced mocha in a cup that is meant to keep drinks warm. It was not practical for me to use as I would need to take the lid off my cup in order for me to add a straw and while traveling can cause my drink to spill. Really disappointed with Mugg and Bean on the Move at Ballito Junction.

Delicious food. Went for breakfast and was difficult to choose everything looked delicious. Place is quite busy in mornings which is a good sign. Very slow service though...

The food and drinks were amazing. The service was excellent. Staff were friendly and very quick. All in all an amazing experience ????

I am extremely dissatisfied at my poor dining experience at Mugg and Bean Ballito Junction as I found a cockroach in my coffee, when I had brought it to the attention of the manager, he was completely apathetic towards my complaint, I am a frequent customer of this establishment and was highly disappointed with both the treatment of the situation and situation at hand.

They have definitely stepped it up since I was last here. Food was good service was good. I had their new Big Ben's Benedict.

You may sit there and wait for a while before you are acknowledged. The breakfast is great, decent size portions for adult's.
