Worse service I even have from a food outlet.. took 25min just for hot wings and slider mix4.. cashier who was handing out the orders, gave everyone else orders beside mines, I have to ask her to check my order, but she saw my slip on the table..

The best Chicken Licken by far. We arrived 30 mins before closing time and they had run out of Chicken. They made another batch and even though the wait was longer than expected, it truly was worth it. The chicken was perfectly cooked...It was moist, delectable and heavenly spiced... I wish there were others like this in JHB????... 2 Thumbs up!!!!

One of the best Chicken Licken franchises I've been to and I've tested my fair share. The staff are what elevates it for me. Friendly and always happy to go the extra mile.

Staff sit chatting and laughing while orders sit and wait for them to be called out. Really bad service when staff talk about their customers

The service at Chicken Licken Ballito was one of the worst experiences i have had. The staff that helped me was rude and disrespectful. The customer service was pathetic.
The order took forever.
When you ask them about your order they just stand and look at you. Like you're speaking another language.
