The burger was amazing, but the chips smelled burnt and the ribs were terrible and overcooked. Our waiter was super friendly.
Restaurant is clean
Oh and my milkshake was very nice

Quite decent I might say. I do feel that it has "too" many of the fast food industry traits but the meal I had (Specials Burger) was delicious and so were the sides. They are a bit on the pricy side. Service was good and I didn't wait long. Happy to return and have. 4/5

Second time stopping by at RocoMamas Ballito for dessert, and highly recommend! I went with my family and we shared the chocolate freak Shake and a Nutella waffle.

Visited your Ballito Junction branch and we were not disappointed ???? our waiter was just AMAZING and his name was Nkosi. He made sure we understood the menu, told us about the specials, the care and product knowledge he had was excellent.

He made sure we still okay by checking on us and making sure we happy, a rare gem you have in Nkosi ????

Me and my family will definitely be coming back for that exceptional service.

While the staff and waiters were really friendly and accommodating, the food and drinks not so much. The food is good, and the "milkshakes" tasted like water with overly sweetened syrup. Don't order the milkshakes, then you should be fine.

RocoMamas is our regular go-to as their burgers are always phenomenal, generally oozing with toppings that you have the opportunity to fish them up after a meal. The first time using the Ballito branch and am extremely disappointed. The most dry burgers we have ever had. The patties were extremely dry and they really skimp on the toppings making a very bland burger which we couldn't even finish, so disappointed.

Quite the splendor. Service started off a bit rocky, our waiter didn't seem like he wanted to be there. But overall great service and food. Always great being served amazing vegetarian food. A bonus was getting a complimentary parking ticket on our way out. Lovely touch.
