Actually I want to give a 0 star. We are extremely disappointed in the service and quality of food we received the past two days. Yesterday our order went wrong and we complained only because the food was really not good, it was cold and fish and chips that's been standing for a very long time. It was definitely not the quality we were used to from Fishaways. Apart from that the large hake rather looked like mediums compared to the other orders we placed before. The manager Makosi was friendly and apologetic and offered to replace our meal but it was already late so we accepted but for delivery the next day, which was today. We received a call from the manager at 18:33 who asked what time they can deliver our food and I said anytime from now, expecting it to be not more than about 30 mins as we live just down the road from the mall. At 20:40 and 5 phone calls to the store later still no delivery. Hungry and time for bed we grabbed something from the fridge to fill the holes in our stomachs. At 20:45 the driver called and said he is leaving the shop for our delivery. Well that wasn't going to happen 'cause we had already eaten. I asked to speak with Makosi who again was apologetic and said that she asked the driver to deliver ours first, but he ended up delivering all the other orders except ours and going back to the store for some reason and never got to us. I now rather asked for my money back. The manager could have told me from the word go they only have 1 driver for the night and I would have been happy to collect the order. Sorry Fishaways, this was a double disappointment from a regular customer.
