The dark undercover parking makes it easy to hide the poor car wash. No management checking on staff, unfriendly and overpriced.

Worst wash ever. Wheel arches was still full of mud, cab of bakkie wasn't cleaned at all( apparently its not part of the outside, as they only wash the outside ) the windows are streaky and the rear step was still partly cover is dirt and the list goes on. When i asked the lady what is going, she told me to go to car wash across the street if I wanted it cleaner. The manager did give me R20 discount when i asked them to call him.

I paid for the VIP cleaning, that's a full interior clean as well as a clean u0026 spray polish on the outside. The inside of my car is still full of dust, there is still a dried coffee stain from this morning on my dashboard, it barely looks like passenger side has been vacuumed. I am incredibly disappointed with the service.

Wash was very average, would have been worth the money if I didn’t have to go around the car and wipe dirt off myself, after the “wash” . Talking about money ,they have a huge sign board with the old prices which is quite misleading and then when you get to the clients desk to pay you get told to look at a page on the wall next to you for the new prices .Manager doesn’t seem to bothered about the service being offered and didn’t apologize not once for when I called them back to sort out the car after the wash was completed . Terrible interior attention to detail , had to call them back to the car to redo the silicone on the tyres along with the bird droppings that they completely missed. Will never go back there again !

Been there just before closing for a interior clean up and my mats are still wet and leads to smelly and hardened carpets. On my last wash I collected the vehicle only to realise at home that parts of the interior was not even wiped and parts of the exterior not washed. I took it up and was promised a re-wash which I must still send it for.
Otherwise they a nice friendly car wash, very convenient.

It took these guys 35 min to vacume my car not to wash or full house I mean to pay R80 and then wait 35 min to get my car vacuumed what a joke double the price for a hslfbjob
AND PLEASE DON'T TRY WATER CREST EVEN WORSE THAN BALITO

This used to be my car wash of choice, now they actually just rip of their patrons and in the 40 minutes I sat and waiting for my car, 7 people complained about the quality of the wash. Back to basics would be my recommendation.
