Well done Panarottis Ballito for your pathetic service.
Had a good experience previously, decided to try them again only to be so disappointed.
We had to wait a long time to be seated and nobody attended to us
We had to stop a waiter to ask for assistance, only to be told to get our own table. We walked the entire restaurant and we couldn't find a clean table to be seated at. We walked out only to find the manager sending in 2 more people to find their own table. We told him there are absolutely NO clean tables to sit at and he didnt even respond. He had a blank look on his face and he let us walk out. He didnt even try to apologize or get a table for us. Check your cameras management. Date 03 April, Time: 14h20 to 14h30.

Great atmosphere, extensive menu. Plenty of vegetarian and vegan substitutes. A good place for families with children as there is an entertainment and games section for kids.

Yet the worst and driest pasta that I have ever had, been a customer of panarottis for over 10 yrs. This was really pathetic, panarottis Ballito service and staff need management to step in and check quality weather din in or take away!!

The staff are absent minded, they forgot the serviett, and the food was not very tasty. Had a Hawaiian pizza which was bland and quite dry and my partner had a spaghetti bolognese which too was bland and watery. Don't think we will make this our choice next time.

Pizza, hands down is my favourite! Panarottis is the best place to get my favourite. The restaurant has been redone and looks top class. The waiters are always friendly and the food is always on point. Panarottis Ballito Junction is LIT! ???? Get your Panarottis experience in NOW!

Staff are friendly. There are a lot of vegan options and the food is very tasty. I ordered the vegan tikka chicken sub and it was Soooo goood. The vegan cheese is really nice. The atmosphere is okay, and there is an area for kids.

Best service in a long time. Menu is also different. Have a fantastic wine selection. This place is very cosy. Samke is an awesome waitress. Loved the experience
