- they got my order wrong
- I specifically asked for no 1000 island or mayo (can't eat egg) and its usually not added to the veg burgers anyway
- they scraped it off and handed me back my burgers despite me asked upon making my order/request
- the staff is shouting and screeming in the background
- dirty,oily , finger print riddled sauce bottles can be seen from the point of purchase
- people can't hear their numbers over the noise of the staff
- Mr D and Uber eats were equally annoyed
- 20mins for a cold rubbery chips
- debonairs staff at steers, steers staff in fishaways and fish aways staff in debonairs no wonder the orders were being prepared wrong
- simply chaotic
- pathetic for a franchise store in a busy mall
- train your staff!
