Visited the restaurant again the past weekend, And I have to say they have redeemed themselves, The service was excellent ???? and the food was prepared excellently and served with quality. Thank you to the manager Hlanla and his team for turn our negative experience to an extremely positive one. I will be back soon⭐⭐

We had the Sunday special a platter for 4 which was excellent value for money. I did have a complaint which the manager addressed quickly and very efficiently.

OK to be honest did not enjoy the meal at all.
Fish prawns mussels all mushy. Smothered in some sort of sauce couldn't taste the item. As for the garlic butter. Try again. It was a white sauce with a hint of garlic.
Chips not bad.
Presentation very sloppy.
After telling my guests from the uk how good the restaurant was I felt very embarrassed buy what we got.
Oh my cousin ordered the sole and prawns. Sole was dry hard and overcooked . Prawns he pushed aside. Mushy. To say the least all the prawns were so small. Couldn't find the prawn meat. No wet wipes offered had to ask and was told there was none. Will bring a finger bowl but got it after meal was over and after we had been to the bathroom to clean up.
So there the honesty in my review.

Good day. We arrives at 11h00 and only receive our sushi long after 12h30. Firstly no Savanna dry, Secondly no Graca wine. Toilet is not flushing. What a disappointment. Will definitely think again before I return to John Dory's Ballito Junction.

Freshest food I've ever had at a John Dory's. Smile driven service that is prompt. Sushi chef is really good at his job. Well done all around.

Went out with family. Dad is in wheelchair. Had excellent friendly service, staff went extra mile for comfort of dad. Meals were great too. Loved it ❤️ ???? ????

Food nothing to write home about.
Orders not right.
Expensive compared to other eateries.
Sooo slow for a time when the kitchen was not busy.
On the positive side, I do not have to make this mistake again!
