Good customer service from Thuli. Debonairs have always been the best for me if I couldn't bring lunch to work. delivery service is superb. telephone assistance is perfect from the friendly staff members. Keep the good work Thuli and all other staff members. Feeling hungry, and have less time to prepare meals... i suggest you try Debonairs....there will be with you in time with meals ordered.

The man manning the till ignored me and my son, who were first in line. He proceeded to help a woman behind us. When we asked if he was taking orders he replied with a 'mm?' and a disgusted look on his face. Very disappointing customer service.

The delivery was in time. The driver was friendly. I had a club pizza and the amount of topping was minimal. Rest of the people’s pizza was good. Relatively nice lunch.

My pizza was just missing so much compared to other debonairs restaurants I buy from. I could even count the chicken pieces, 13 to be exact and it was a large pizza

Worst pizza ever. It seems like they ration on cheese (all 3 pizzas we ordered) , and the base and crust was dry. Absolutely atrocious.

Poor customer service and nonchalant time estimation of my order. They didn’t know when my order would be ready and they have beggars that come to you outside the store.

Delicious pizzas, sadly it's small size causes delivery and preparation to take longer than average
