It’s the little touches that make the experience extraordinary.
From all the thoughtful things for our fur kids to things like a sewing kit and shoe brushes and polish provided as well as everything else in between.
Exceptionally well equipped kitchen with all the major electrical appliances.
Great braai area as well as a ‘boma’ with a fire pit.
Sparkling pool sheltered from prevailing winds with a view and sound of the ocean and really close to the beaches, restaurants and promenade.
Amazingly clean and so welcoming to your pets. Super recommended!!!

Warning, please read this before you book. I wish that I could stay at Ruby Sands, but because of the owner Lyndie Messi, who had canceled our whole 12 day stay, we had to find another house in 2 months time, because she didn't like me asking for information and photos. And behind my back she told my husband that I bullied her, talk about trying to break up a marriage. Most rude person you will ever have to deal with! Luckily we got a better deal, less more stressed now that what I was.

The Good
The place is very clean. Rooms are spacious. It has just about everything you will need, from a box freezer to a capsule coffee machine. Forgot to pack a water bowl for the dog? It's there. Need some shaving cream and a razor? It's waiting for you in the bathroom. Too hot? Don't worry there's aircon in the main bedroom and the lounge.

The Bad
I will be hard pressed to find something bad to say about our stay. The loadshedding was annoying but I can hardly blame Ruby Sands for that.

The Awesome
Lyndie spoiled us every day with some yummy goodies! From pancakes, sausage rolls, scones with jam to heavenly cupcakes. Ruby Sands might be a 3 star establishment but you will be receiving 5 star service all the way.

Our vacation was awesome and we will definitely be returning again. Thank you Lyndie for all your trouble and for making our stay so memorable.

Ruby Sands is an excellent place to relax and enjoy your holiday. The best value for your money. I just want to say a special thank you to Sergio, Lyndie and the manager for the fantastic service and the wonderful goodies that made our holiday more memorable. We really appreciate it, you guys have made us feel so welcome. We can't wait to come back.

The way Lyndie Messi speaks to guests telephonically is very rude!!

They should not run an establishment if they cannot deal with people.

Imagine what a hostess she would be??
