Perfection is created at The Waterberry Coffee Shop. The set up is amazing, a relaxed and chilled atmosphere. There is a forest walkway which connects you with Nature, quite a nice thought out set up. The waitress was amazing, she was extremely attentive, helpful and thoughtful too. We were seated outside, the heat eventually got a little uncomfortable and the waitress noticed, ran to our table, dragged this heavy outdoor umbrella to our table. I thought that was super amazing for her to take the initiative to make us comfortable before we brought it to her attention. She made fantastic suggestions and we enjoyed every bite of our meals. The drinks are delicious. The chocolate Milkshake is absolutely velvety and creamy...the best we have ever tried. We cannot wait to try other items on the menu...we are actually looking forward to many visits to Waterberry Coffee shop.

Great ambience, friendly, welcoming staff. A special shout out to our server, Dee. She took very good care of us today! Food is delicious, pecan pie cheesecake, lemon meringue, death by chocolate waffle. Beautiful greenery and surrounds. Thank you!

Praiseworthy Cafe in Ballito. The seating and ambience is very relaxing and inviting. The cake is fantastic and definitely worth the trip. I appreciate the friendly staff seating us asap as well as the manager checking in on us. Prices arent bad at all. The outside seating deck overlooks a pond with adorable ducks. So peaceful, and a lovely experience overall.

Beautiful place for coffee and the most amazing selection of cheesecakes. The food is also really good! They have a forest walk area outside where you can take a scenic walk before or after your meal. Also kid friendly with a lovely play area. Definitely going back for th classic cheesecake.

Really good breakfast place with good food and an amazing setting. It sometimes does get a bit busy but staff are always on point and helpful. There is a play area for kids and a forest walk to the adventurous.

The ambience, the tranquility, the smell!!! Yho, what an amazing place! The food was very very nice, everything tasted so fresh, the waiter’s recommendations were top notch ????????. We even bought the Jam and it’s arguably the best jam I’ve ever had. I would want to eat at this place everyday, but I live in Jo’burg ????????

An absolutely stunning venue with great food that was ruined by waitress and lack of quality service

Great coffee - took 20 mins to arrive (reheated as saucer also came to table hot)

Great chicken open sandwich - served cold (disappointing)

Great fries - served cold

Well presented scrambled eggs but again - COLD

Another cup of coffee ordered - waited and reminded waitress before receiving another 15 mins later

It was very clear the every mess up was because waitress was not attentive and unable to bring prepared items on time to our table. The restaurant not overly full.

I must make mention that the waitress was rather nice and spoke very nicely u0026 we did make clear that her service needs improvement. The problem maybe lack of training from management
