The stay was terrible, the rooms were not made up on time, I often had to call after 2pm for my room to be cleaned. Breakfast was awful this time around. Never seen rice, cabbage, beans and fish served for breakfast. Worse part having to wait for plates because there aren't any and drinking on paper cups and spoons. Worse experience ever

Awful, awful, awful. That's all I can say. Great location but owner is greedy. Why would such a great located establishment still.have cupboards that look like they were there during world war 1? Don't even get me going on the stinking carpet, the tiny tv's, the bathrooms are so appalling. The whole place stinks of mould, yoh. The day I got there, I felt like sobbing like a child, as we had moved from a lovely place that we'd initially been booked on to be close to the venue for work purposes. If I had a choice, I would've asked them to leave me where i had been booked at on arrival, not that horrid God forsaken awful looking, stinking hotel.

Its a cool place. 1 thing that need to be upgraded is the door locks. The use of electronic cards to access entry would be appreciated.

Overally I do appreciate the good service reveived. The friendly staff had to rush to bring a wheelchair for my mum. Thank you

Hated the place. It smells awful from the foyer right through the entire place. The basement is dirty and smells worse than the inside of the hotel. Air-conditioning is noisy and building is run down and need serious upgrading. Windows were dirty could not even appreciate the view. Room service was delayed and noise levels are disturbing. Corridor lights were not even working. Would not recommend it at all.

The place needs a bit more cleaning. Smelling carpets, dust on corners of the carpet, dirty windows, peeling pain on a tub and soap holders are what's wrong but the staff members are friendly and it's in a great location. Food is not so bad either

Reception is dirty, no professionalism from ladies at reception. No wifi as advertised. Doesn't qualify to be called a hotel but self catering flats. They don't have generators to kick in during load shedding. I won't recommend it to anyone instead I'd advise people to cancel their bookings. Windows are so dirty you don't get clear views. Water leaks in through the windows when raining. Perfect location and that's it.

In really, really bad shape, needs a serious make over and maintenance. No TV remote in my room, a dead cockroach in my room. The dust is really bad, everything has rust on it. My shower head does not work. The coffee station is not even close to a plug, I need to move the kettle every time I want to make coffee. The taps does not close properly and the windows needs a serious wash. There is one positive thing, the staff are extremely helpful and very friendly.
