Absolutely pathetic Service. Once the store is busy the staff are not willing to help. Food takes way too long to get prepared so if you in a hurry I wouldn't suggest this branch. For those Folks who don't know how to use the ordering system this branch won't help with the normal orders. Once again the waiting time is ridiculous to get your Food

Great news ! We have this popular FASTFOOD chain on the Durban beachfront!
Nice interior, friendly and going to cook up
a good storm!

Have sat down 3 times all over a weekend and must say enjoying the burgers and a big
iced coke especially today as it was so oppressive this morning!

I have on all 3 occasions given the staff nice
comments about this exciting new branch
and encouragement to do well and start
opening up more like these in the suburbs
,places like Sun Coast, MUSGRAVE center
even Florida road!

We hope this is the start of more MACS
going around Durban!

I recommend visiting this new branch and
it’s safe very good area and the makeover
of the old Beach hotel looks real cool!

Easy , straight forward service. Self service options, clean. No complaints. You can sit and watch the beach right opposite, so the nice view of the beach is an added bonus of dining in.

Worst service here. It's going for almost 40 minutes still waiting for my order.. Nxa! Ended up asking for my refund back.

I ordered a mc feast meal and recived no fries with it, I also ordered a chocolate milkshake and received a orange juice. I then phoned the store manager and was told they never had milkshake, who are they to decide that I would rather have a orange juice.

A new spot right at the beach front, well built , very chilling and nice spot to have a meal with loved ones and the sea breeze makes it nice to seat longer and enjoy a freshness breeze, and I like to visit the place when I'm at the beach and the service is pretty fast and friendly. I'm lovin it

2nd time visiting and the Lettuce was fresh and crisp.
Not a common thing lately with most McDonald's outlets.
