A BIG Thank you to Sharon u0026 Steve for the use of their beautiful gardens and of course the amazing tree. I admired the beautiful setting and this I knew would be where we got to say our vows. They kindly allowed us to enjoy the morning as a family around the special tree with its sense of peace and tranquility. The beautiful gardens complimented each part of our theme with the simplicity of what they stand for. Sharon, you were so graceful in each discussion and a real pleasure to coordinate our morning with. Your hospitality and kindness were more than appreciated.
We wish you every success for the year 2021 and assure you of your lodge as a talking piece always.

From the moment we arrived we were treated with a friendly smile and felt very welcome. She explained how to order the takeaway and said she would charge the room and pay on delivery and brought it to us on trays with cutlery. There is an honesty drinks bar and a lovely area to sit in. The restaurant is so pristine as is every other area. This place is the epitome of modern classic decor with a boutique feel. I highly recommend the Calissa Lodge and know I will return when in the area again

The place ticks all the boxes, the staff members are fantastic, welcoming and super efficient. They make your stay so amazing. Only issue is the one cat on the premises that you may or may not see.

Decent rooms, stunning garden and pool. The small outdated tube TV is very annoying. If they upgraded would make the world of difference.

Always a great place to stay, clean, great service, good brekfast and a local bar... not much better than that on a business trip.
