The person answering the phone is very rude, with no etiquette. Today the 03 July, I called when I was in the gate, requesting her to open the gate for me , the gate only opened a third of its size and closed again.

I waited for 10 minutes, no one came out...mind you the drive way is one limp away from the road, so the tail of my car was obstructing traffic.

The lady finally called, 15 minutes later , when I started expressing my anger she shut me down saying g I'm impatient and I must confont her I should have waited....what level of nonsense is that?

I drove away, I'm now at the White House Bu0026B to spend my seven nights where I am respected.

I have never experienced such a level of arrogance , yet she has old beds that make noise when ever you turn....
Se me now ! See me no more You're very rude !!

As much as I'm still enjoying the moments, the ladies who serve the breakfast they excitingly do the wonders , i even appreciated the fact that different race are more comfortable to share passages, parking lot. The bed rooms, make it extra comforting to feel the environment.

Three colleagues and I stayed in the guesthouse for four nights. We booked four rooms and supposedly a seminar room. The rooms were clean, and the service lady tried her best to be helpful, but there is a limit to what (most of the time) one person can do for all guests.

The rooms are close to the highway, and it's deafening! The open-to-all breakfast room was the seminar room we paid for (not cool!). The location is generally OK for a day in and out but certainly not for an extended or business stay.

Excellent reception and the hostess was always available and helpful. Cheerful spirit made us feel at home!
