Undoubtedly the worst company to deal with, no replies to emails, called umgeni and brickfield stores both said we will call me back still waiting. . So I take it they do not need the money.

Bought a pie warmer last month, one week later the light stopped working and 3 weeks later the oven stopped heating. Shop is cluttered products look reject and of poor quality. When I complained that it’s brand new and stopped working I got told they will fix it at a cost. Poor service, rubbish goods!

My daughter bought an oven last week Saturday 24/10/2020 at Umgeni Caterquip. Arriving at Queenstown we discovered that it has only two legs. We took a photo and shared with them. As family we are not happy with the way the handled this query. My daughter just called and they kept her holding on line????

Terrible experience they have an online presence, they take forever to respond. Give you a number to call and when you hold on the lady screams and puts the phone down. I can imahine their products if this is how they treat customers.

Horrible customer service, treated me like I was not welcome even when I was paying.
Treat your customers better, they are the reason you drive fancy cars.
