They gave me the wrong burger. Not what I ordered. Was starving so just thanked God for the food I had u0026 ate it in the parking lot without complaining. Burger was good tho but point is it was not what I wanted. They need more competent ppl taking orders cos I paid R77 for something I didn't want.

Went with family. Was not full. Nice family setting. Spacious. Modern. Clean. Good service. Good food. Nice vibe. Chilled. Beautiful layout with seating arrangements to accommodate different families.

I go into McDonald's on cheating days, so my opinion is unfair. I enjoy the food because it is a "once in a while" affair. I love the fact that the McD signage is always visible from afar, and it makes it very easy to locate the stores.

Dine in option chosen. Haven't been to this establishment since the start of covid. So many changes ... but missed the Heinz ketchup the most. Some strange replacement (and limited sachets) given. Must however say that this McDonald's in Old Fort Road was super fast iro service and exceptionally neat and tidy. But ... please .... why did you replace the Heinz ketchup ????

We had to walk thru the drive thru because they have closed the entrance of the drive thru. Got to the window and we were told there's only one big Mac left and a Mac chicken, pathetic service.

They always claim to not have ice cream if u order things that will make them do some extra work like Hot Belgian choc pie sundae. Especially if its after midnight. Am sure people are being paid for being awake at that time of the night. If you claim to operate 24hrs please operate 24hrs. Whats difficult about putting milk n the other stuff u put in your machine n serve us ice-cream? This happened multiple times ????
