KFC field is a cheat,I was disappointed .I ordered box club with dunked burger for my lunch ,try first gave me six pice if chips strips and 1nuggets and small chicken piece and I went to exchange and they gave me small burger and I piece chicken with small chips I regret because I waisted my money

I will keep Supporting good deeds and will always share my experience in places .....There is a guy Who is mostly at the Till his Name is SBUSISO His service is Remarkable always makes sure you get what you pay for and your Order is in good shape ....I so wish management recognises his efforts as it is needed in such times ....Big Up KFC SMITH

Service is extremely slow. I went there today and it was not busy at all however staff took so long to give out our orders. The gentleman at the till had stop what he was doing to come and ask the other staff to be quick. They were just yapping away having their own personal conversations while food was ready and waiting to be packed.... I will never go there again, I missed my bus waiting there just for 10 wings. The toilets are also very dirty, it's a health hazard.

The workers are very slow. Took a long 20 minutes in a que of about 7 people. When I enquired to the male cashier he said he had just entered the till and has to count his money before he starts working. That time I'm not even using cash to pay, I paid using card. He was not polite in his response at all.

It's my second time I bought something from this KFC...thier customer service is on point, fast and they kind . Thier food is on point, I'm satisfied I will always use it..and funny enough someone referred me to it ...so it shows that they do good
