Thoroughly unpleasant experience
I needed to do a sim swap as my phone was stolen, CellC stores are required as per their own company policy to give you an un-ricad sim card that you can use to do this through their call centre.
the Davenport store outright refused to give me the new sim card, I even had them speaking to the call centre and they refused. the reason given "The Owner doesnt allow this anymore".
They also claimed that they are not actually a Cellc store but in fact a franchise???
They wasted my time, as well as my money. whats more, it is an embaressment. I felt like I had done something wrong.
I was then forced to drive across town in traffic to the Cellc store in overport centre, the staff their gave me a sim card immediately and within 5 minutes I had completed the sim Swap
