It's not every franchise joint that can get 5 stars but this establishment was deserving. The food was affordable and delicious, the service was great and the staff so friendly and efficient. We were a party of 6 we ordered 2 full chickens, chips, rolls and salad. It was a beautiful spread to look at and to indulge. It was a cold and raining evening so we ended the evening with hot chocolates and hazelnut lattes. I was too excited and forgot to take pics of the food. Definitely going to stop by next time Im in Durban. I highly recommend this place if you love flame grilled chicken dishes.

I’ve come here often. Food is okay but the “drive thru” is a mess, one of the staff members told me I’m holding traffic whereas it’s their fault, I was on the left lane indicating right to get into their drive through. I then drove around the block twice and got the same “service”

This is officially my new favorite spot???????? situated in davenport, overseeing the mall and road, this place is simply amazing. Especially at night???? The employees are some of the best I've seen in a while, with very fast service so you won't have to wait too long and making sure that they constantly check up on the customers. This places has the vibe of a home within it because of the employees who make you feel home, as well as the food. Would definitely take my girlfriend here one day, if I had one????????

Enjoyed a meal here on a rainy Friday evening. The atmosphere was jovial and pleasant. Table service was snappy and helpful. Their food tastes good. I had the double chicken burger meal, which was very filling and enjoyable. Pricing is better than Nando's (which is across the road). I will definately be back.

The best service I've had from any fast food store in a while.
Staff are friendly, smile and are talkative which makes the environment feel good, and relaxed and most importantly at home. Besides the food being great, I would really like to comend them on good customer service as compared to their opposition who seem to think they work for a government office.

Keep it up, I will definitely recommend their store to friends and family. ????????????

Pedros Glenwood take ages to prepare your food. This was my first and last time buying here. I will never come back.

Very friendly staff and the manager is great at making customers feel welcomed, he is very gentle and take his time to say HI to customers when they enter the store. One thing they need to improve is the size of their chicken but other than they give the best service!!
