Absolutely terrible service from pharmacy , pharmacist and manager of store. I went to get medicine vital to my health and due to there computers being down was refused along with many others medicine we needed . I suggested to pharmacist that they could write down on pen and paper the medicine and load it in there system thereafter , only to be refused. When I asked to speak to a store manager 3 times eventually a manager came to tell me they cannot do so and that they are not inconveniencing customers by keeping store open for the sale of other stock in there store as there tills were operating just fine. Ive responded by saying what an inconvenience it was to have to go to another pharmacy and What happened to the days of pen and paper . What will they do with out computers as I was in jet stores the other day and there systems were down however the staff were processing sales via pen and paper . Pathetic is what this clicks is . I wil suggest to not go to this branch of clicks south way mall . what medical practitioner or advisor will refuse you medicine you desparatly need due to computes being down ? This is very bad service and poor attitude.????????????
