Spent the weekend at Royal Ushaka Hotel with some work colleagues and it was a nice reunion after the whole COVID-triggered restrictions. Breakfast was splendid and delicious. Safety and security-wise, it felt safe. Rooms were clean and the reception duly attended to our few concerns.

Be careful when booking online, you risk losing your money if this establishment is not for you. The area was not to my liking. The motel is situated in Berea. Surroundings are not as picturesque as on the web or bookings.com. There are changes in tnc 's which are not featured on the website. They are not open to negotiate the options or go that extra mile. ???? sadly I won't recommend this establishment.

It's okay, just poor service. We were not supplied with towels and their shower head are too small. The tiles are very slippery in the shower but there isn't a single mat in there.

Nice and neat.
1. If only there could be a full length mirror on the wall as you come out of the bathroom.
2. If only people could be warned before hand that they need to order breakfast when checking in. Pls see how you can provide that info online.
3. Otherwise doing good for a 3star hotel.

In terms of room service we are not happy, sheets and towels were repeated funny enough it's white so how can one feel comfortable sleeping with the same dirt, you'd have to go to the reception and literally ask for toilet paper, towels and what not they can just improve those then everything will be fine.
