Peter was very welcoming and the place was nice and clean also very spacious . the only problem was the TV

A few tips that might help.

1. Put a clear sign up even the Uber driver was confused.

2. The owners are magic and helpful the stay however being in the hospitality industry myself a few things that can be rectified

1. The security gate. Awful to try and open or lock.

2. General hints

Light switches need a good scrub an plugs need upgrade.
Sofas need to be cleaned and curtains need to be tidied. Curtains dirty at the bottom and sloppy.

Light bulbs need to be replaced. There was not one bulb working on the bedside lamps and the spare rooms aswell. Makes it extremely difficult to get aroung at night. In lounge only two working looks sloppy.

Oven missing knobs and extractor is just dirty. Kettle missing knob.

Glasses and general cutlery are sticky. Cloths for use not healthy and hygienic.

Shower main cold water tap leaking. Bin dirty /old and not presentable. Took effort to try opening cold water and could not close.

Main bedroom was a mess. A couch infront of the closet, no place to makeup with small barfridge standing in the way of a random dresser which seems to be a dresser table with no chair.

Second bathroom toilet not flushing and water left in bath.

Small things like soap and insect repellent would help.

General appearance not good when entering. View marred by sloppy garage equipment and messy garage.

Although no smoking unit reeks of tobacco. Chair placed outside unit falling apart

I would like these owners to succeed if they follow these tips they just might.
