Review is based solely on what I always order, the chicken tikka. It's prepared with so much flavor, and served with lemons which are a great addition to the taste. The garlic naan and roti is always fresh and fluffy. We tried the chilly chicken as well, and asked for it to be extra spicy as well, just for fun, and it was very good. There are special deals in store that I don't recall seeing on their website. I've attached some of them.

I am absolutely disgusted! I am fasting for the month of Purtassi. Today my husband ordered a beans bunny and a vegetable burger from the Reservoir Hills branch. When I got home and opened my burger it had a mutton patty in it! I couldn't believe it! My receipt clearly said Jumbo Veg Burger! This is not the first time that we have received terrible food. Prior to fasting we ordered a 1/4 mutton bunny, only to find when we opened it that the bunny was half the size of a 1/4 bunny with only 2 pieces of meat. Delivery service is terrible as food reaches you all mixed up and inedible.

Terrible experience. I just ordered my food sitting down, 2 minutes after it arrived they asked me to leave the shop because they had they were closing for Friday prayer. The chips were oily and horrible. Waiter only complained that she does not get enough tips. I would never buy from this place again. Rather go to swadish opposite at reservoirhills mall.

POOR POOR POOR!!!!

Where do I start. I gave this a 1 star only because I can't select in the negative range.
Let me break it down...

2. The call to place Order

My call was answered by a foreign speaking gentlemen, not sure if he was Pakistani. It was difficult for him to understand what I was saying, and that grew frustrating as I had to repeat my telephone number several times.
Eventually he gave up and passed the phone to another foreign speaking guy. HE got my number, but then he did not know where Lydia Avenue was!!! not cool.

3. The Delivery

The delivery guy went to the wrong address :/. He then called to ask where I live. When he got to my gate, I noticed on the slip the street number was 7 doors away. He handed me my food in a low standard kind of a way and I instantly noticed the containers were uneven which would make the food messy inside.

4. The Reveal

Sat down to eat and opened up my container. As expected, the food was messy.

---Chips and Salad---
The chips was mixed with salad. The paper that wraps the chips was tearing into the chips, like stuck on it. I could not tell if it was chips or paper and chips, it was difficult to know if the chip had a piece of paper stuck to it. Both chips and salad were poorly done.

---The Kebabs---
BAD BAD BAD! TERRIBLE!!!!
I don't know if it was lamb at all. The taste was like when you can smell the meat when you eat it. Like it was not prepared properly. That is a total put off!!!
I promise you, a lot of Indian Homes cook a much better, mouth watering Kebab than what I just experienced. My mother did not want to eat from there, and told me not to order for her, but I did. She never eat it still lol She knows never to eat from a place where the food is not prepared properly.

I have a strong feeling they used a good portion of water instead of only milk for the milk part. That is just not cool. it is so disappointing when you paid for something and only to feel later on like you've been robbed :/

After the first bite of the Kebabs, I abandoned the distasteful supper on all levels and ordered Debonairs, much much better...

Maybe your food will pass in a less dominant Indian area or with other races that are not as well experienced in Indian cuisine as Indians are.

Copper Chimney is only a name, food is horrible, standards are too low.

Excellent Indian food, they deliver, has become a regular weekly item.
Look out for their daily specials.

Thru have a different promotion for every day of the week. Buy get one free. Worth the try cos there food is good

Nice to eat at with sit down tables and takeaway option. The food is classic indian food however the food is oily and the restaurant is not well kept.
