Would not recommend the maydon wharf branch.mixed batch of staff between absolutely friendly and horrid.
Price increase (ex special )on specific items are high. Even taking into account that a natural annual price increase will occur
On our last trip with a small kid we entered less than a foot through the exit which is seperated by a 30cm door frame from the entrance (which is side by side) as there was no covid 19 social distancing control when entering hence that occurred
(Btw everytime ive visited and purchased during covid there have been no sanitization wipes for extra safety to clean the trolleys before using them)
the security enforcement to use the door next to it was demeaning. Sarcastic.potshot mentality And when we tried to explain to him
the security ,he started voicing nonsense infront of others which was unacceptable and we rightly told him off.
Enforcement of rules can be done with giving a listening ear and not behaving poorly to clients because even security staff represent your business
Once brought to the managments attention . No apology given without even hearing the horrible way the staff member treated us defense mode was on.
Suggest using stores that have more professionalism
