Debonairs Pizza

No olives on my 2nd veg pizza. Manager said look into problem tomorrow. The next day the manager was on leave no one interested. I must come back another day. Today asking for pictures. Yesterday at 7pm the manager did not say I must take pictures. I am going to post this on Google. Branch at Grey street corner and Victoria Street try to make me feel like a cheat by asking for pics. They could have collected the pizza from my home yesterday. Why must I call u on 0861 share call which I have too pay for and u guys made a mess. Now I must open your pizzas and check that you put in the promised ingredients. The best part is staff were only dealing with 2 orders, still cannot do it right. Don't respect their customers.

I left my information with store manager. He was arrogant and called me a liar. So I knew this was going too happen so I posted the pictures only. Also the store manager never called me back.

Lastly the manager did not want me to complain to the owner. I asked owners mobile no to complain. All debonairs customers must not trust them. Please check your pizza before leaving the store. R100 FOR A VEG PIZZA Without all INGREDIENTS I'M NOT IMPRESSED. No quality control. U ask me pictures cause u think I'm dishonest lol.

In past I have see the staff in that branch cut a veg pizza with cutter used cut the meat pizza. Do you want a video lol.

This reason why I never ever take delivery from debonairs pizza. Yet the owner of the business never found out what was happening at his store.

I just had one delivered...Dry crust not enough sauce!!

I've never experienced such bad customer service from a fast food outlet. Yesterday I ordered one Cram decker pizza over the phone for collection at 19h27 and was told to collect in fifteen minutes which I did. Upon arrival I paid for my order and was told to wait a further 6minutes which I didn't mind.
Long story short I only received my order at exactly 20h32 after I was harassed by the manager after I (along with other customers) was told by the manager that they will not be told by customers what to do. To make matters worse my order (Order 396) was only attended to at 20h10 after I asked one lady who works there to check progress on my order who to my surprise told me that it wasn't amongst the orders that were being prepared. I'm never buying from this Debonairs again. I can't accept being treated like a beggar whilst I paid for my food.

The pizzas are delicious especially the triple deck one with meaty,or chicken is so mxm..

They Honestly need to improve on customer service. Staff is rude to customers, in particular the lady who was cashing people up and calling orders. Uber eats and Mr D food drivers need to have a better waiting system because they disrup the picking up of orders for other customers. The staff was discussing customers and saying mean things about them. Ay , a mess nje. Well maybe not everyone, but the people in that day, gave us one of our worst Debonairs service we've ever received, Nation Wide.
