2hours to prepare 5 pizza pies, 1 flame grilled chicken and 3 Thai noodles was unacceptable. Spoke to the owner and the delay was explained which i accepted at the time however, the food arrived and it was so spicy that most of it was inedible. I generally eat chilli with most meals so if it was spicy for me then my family were definitely unable to tolerate the spiciness. My 7year old had to eat a sandwich because the food was too hot for him. Won't be ordering from here again.

This is an update on my review of last week. The owner has been in touch and whilst I still think that the delivery time was very long he has apologized and is looking for corrective measures. There seems to be an issue with their Uber eats app and the way that Uber eats has set the menu on their side so the default setting is hot instead of giving the customer the option of flavour. He has undertaken to rectify this with the app on their side. I do appreciate the after sales service from the owner and he definitely is trying to do right by his customers. I will try them again but possibly call to order rather than order via Uber

I ordered as per the menu a "butternut and roast pepper" wrap which can be seen on my Mr. Delivery App. The ingredients all show what is in the wrap. I'm a vegetarian, and the wrap had chicken in it. Secondly there's nothing healthy about a white tortilla wrap, another issue, because they say on their menu a "whole wheat" wrap.

I don't have an issue with bad service or bad food, at least I have a choice whether to buy there or not. I have an issue with eating chicken when I'm a vegetarian and that's not what was advertised or what I've ordered.

I just bought the smoked chicken salad for 98 rand I cannot believe what I was served. The whole contained was filled with the lettuce head with 5 small pieces of smoked chocked. What a rip off. Even the avo 2 pieces that's ridiculous. A complete rip off

Love the food and am a regular customer but was extremely dissapointed to hear that despite being on the Entertainer App, they would not honour the the App or its vouchers. Thank u for taking the time to respond. I will continue to support u because every meal have tried packs an amazing intense flavour punch...

I visited the store in cowey road yesterday 08.02.2019

Ordered meals for my wife and I as well as a cafe latte and a cappuccino.

Meals were great but when I tasted my cafe latte and tasted the cuppicino they both tasted exactly the same. I enquired with the lady and according to her when one puts a cuppicino and a cafe latte in a take away cup they taste the same...what the hell man. I have had many a latte and cuppicinos in my time and there definelty is a distinct difference in taste. One is more of a coffee tasting drink and the other a very weak inclusion of coffee. I tried explaining this to her and she kept saying they taste exactly the same because they are in take away cups.

Furthermore your staff there seem to be doing their own things. They clearly don't possess any knowledge of food and furthermore don't even use common sense in carrying out their duties. My wife ordered a Thai prawn noodle dish and the least they could have advised is that the dish is spicy. Or they could have asked if we would like it mild or medium. It is these little things that create a lasting impression however in light of the attitudes of your staff don't expect me back anytime soon.

Healthy food served well. Healthy drinks. Sadly most people rather talk healthy than eat healthy. They need greater support.
