Food is decent, not very consistent but when they make ot well it's really good, but on the contrary if you get unlucky and they dont make it well, it's really bad. They also never answer their phones, ever. All in all i still order every weekend, but it could just be better and make the experience more convenient and the food more consistent

Food does not taste like the other branches. Got our our food after 30min. The portion and the size of the prawns is a rip off, looks like they buy the smallest prawns they can find.

The cashier Samke was sitting when i arrived, the was an issue with the card machine when i attempted to make payment so i removed my card. She addressed me like a child "why did you remove the card", because she printed the slip prior to machine confirmation. Behaves like she is doing everyone a favour, please view camera footage of 16/10/22 13:20 extremely poor display. No smile or any form of positive body language shown. Improve customer service please. Wouldnt return ...

Ordered on the app, went in to pick up and my order was already given to someone else. I had already paid on the app, the staff proceeded to call me a liar. 5 minutes later, another customer walks in with my order as it was given to him. The staff then proceed to offer me this order while the other customer is saying he sampled the order. Terrible service, sadly not the first time. They have 100% lost a long time loyal customer and simply asia fan.

Extremely slow service. I am standing and writing this review while waiting for my meal. They said it would be 25 - 30 minutes, and it's now almost an hour I am waiting here. Went for a drive and came back and no chefs were preparing any meals. Very sluggish. Won't recommend.

Worst vegetarian mung bean noodles I have eaten ,took 2 mouths and wasted a meal at R125.Should have opted for a vegetarian burger from spur or just plain chips will be much better Very disappointed in the quality from Simpy Asia

Ordered two 514, hot with veg chopped finely and the order came with no veg.
