I was assaulted by one of the staff members who works at this hotel, when I came back to get the staff members name who assaulted me on camera on there premises to lay charges the manager was unavailable and when I call in to speak to the manager I always get the same response which is "The manager is currently in a meeting".. I will still be laying charges but if you looking for poor hospitality services and unprofessional staff members this is the place to book

Not at all worth the 3 star grading. The bar/club was active until 4am. Could not sleep due to the noise. Aircon in the room started leaking after about 30 minutes during use so we had to switch it off and it was extremely hot. Would not recommend.

Very noisy till early hours of the morning. When requesting to speak to a manager to make a complaint, manager is nowhere to be found.
