The staff is helpful without being overbearing. They have a good variety of shoes and the pricing is good. The sales are definitely value for money....I got 3 pairs of boots and 2 pairs of heels for R2700!

Waste of my time coming here. Most commons sizes unavailable. Drove a long way thinking I would find that which I was looking for. Big range, but very limited sizes. And they are not cheap. At the time I went, the deal was that we could get 50% discount if we bought 3 pairs. How does one buy 3 pairs when sizes are unavailable? Better to get over to Kingsmead Shoes in same area. More variety and more likely to find your size.

Too be honest I was really not impressed. It was literally in and out. The idea is that you will find better prices at the factory shops, but unfortunately not. I would rather spend quality time at the beech.

I've been a regular customer for years, at Edwin Swales until it closed u0026 then at Springfield.
Customer service is appalling compared to the old Edwin Swales store. We were the only customers in the store, the staff spent the entire time talking loudly u0026 laughing. We had to ask for help u0026 they still carried in talking while serving us.
The merchandise was a disgrace, sizes all mixed up, couldn't find matching shoes, and very low stock levels. Prices are still good compared to stores but I'm afraid it's not a pleasant shopping experience.
Hope you will take the necessary action to put this right otherwise you'll lose customers

No counter shields to protect customers from their staff. Please take care of your customers and staff. For a national store you should be well aware of the PPE requirements per store.

Staff incompetent and poorly trained. Are not informed about styles and items advertised on IG and other online platforms. Why put items online when the stores do not keep stock. Always try and support South African goods. Defenitely changing my brand. NOT supporting Froggie anymore.
