The hotel is super clean and the staff is friendly. We had a housekeeping lady literally rushing us out of the room, I was barely ready. But I guess she was just doing her job. I wish their rooms were updated. The mats are really old, the furniture too.. really the only nice thing about the room was the bathroom, white and bright.

The hotel doesn't sell or have complementary water. We had to drive to a shady caltex garage to get bottled water, very unsafe for tourists, especially at the time of night when we really needed to get our thirst quenched.

All wasn't a deal breaker. I was just content being there.

Changing up a few things will definitely get this hotel to be one of the 5 star places. It has GREAT potential.

I got to enjoy the place both for business and pleasure. The view of the beach was amazing, enjoyed the sun rise and sun set. The rooms are kept clean, not to mention the service I got from my waitress Nokwanda, waiter Siyabonga, and my sushi chef whom I forgot his name????????????????they made my 3 night day stay a bliss. Will definitely come back.. I appreciated that they have so many options for vegetarian meal????????????

My stay was absolutely fantastic...it was my birthday week..work travel but I had the best time. Service ìs fantastic highlights are the sea facing rooms having the experience of beautiful sunrise and sunset. Slice of Birthday cake in my room. Thank you ????

Brilliant service- shout out to Nosipho (I hope I got the name right)- serves people with passion and love. Great place after all, with nice views if your room is sea facing. Only giving a 4 because of their annoying lift service (that's the only reason I wouldn't go back) and I believe dinner food can be slightly improved.

Hotel was fairly clean but rooms feel dirty, I think it's the old carpets and the look of the linen. Bedding is a blanket between sheets (not a duvet). Tried a cappuccino and an americano, both were terrible. The coffee seriously needs work. Breakfast room is extremely loud. Tv channels were very poor in option and in terms of signal. Views were beautiful, but the area feels unsafe.

Thanks so much to Nombuso duty manager for the great service and going the extra mile. This hotel is lucky to have a person of your caliber working there. Definitely senior management potential.

Nombuso at the reception was very friendly as we arrived late on a friday without booking. But she helped us with a smile and located a nice room for us. Also explained everything we needed to know.
The barman was also nice and friendly, pity I did not get his name.
Then there was a lady on Sunday Morning at the buffet breakfast serving ormlette, yhoo she was rude...I suggest the hotel talk to her about it, she was chicky to everyone.
