A beautiful sea facing block of apartments on the marine parade in Durban, I was there on a delivery u0026 did not get to visit the flats, but just from the main foyer, the place has a full time security guard, u0026 access is controlled. Very neat u0026 even the front is well maintained. Parking for residents is from the rear if the building also security controlled

Beautiful flat situated in North Beach, Durban . The flat itself is sea-facing. Great security with under-cover parking. Very therapeutic environment ????

It's a purely residential building with sea facing flats. One of the top buildings along the Durban beachfront. Highly maintained. Goes to 20floors.
