First group are the biggest scammers.On the last day of our holiday we encountered Moses one of the marketers for First Group based in The Palace All Suites Resort.He asked us to participate in the competition where we had to spin to win and also stay for one Hour with the ladies to present their promotion of First Group hotels.We did spin and won and thereafter went to the presenter which is Thembisile.She finished the presentation in 20 minutes and we were told to go and we were never given our prize that we won.Reason being we didn’t spend the required one Hour in the presentation yet it is not us that decided to finish the presentation in roughly 20 minutes.They wasted our precious time on a last day of our holiday and the overall time we wasted is more than an hour,taking us from Shaka Marine to their offices in The Palace All Suites.They are just pathetic,disgusting and in intolerable.

They are promoting a scam called EKKO promising us a some free items if we win their game but once you win they tell you stories like you have to join the holiday it just waste of people's Precious time out with their family, just want people to stay away from them and never join that scam!

It was an amazing experience the staff was friendly and the rooms were very neat with exceptional views of the golden mile and ocean

A decent hotel to stay at with a relatively closer distance to the Durban International conference centre ((ICC)about 12 minutes walk). Got a room facing the ocean on 7th floor

Pros: Good location, serves a la carte breakfast, basic amenities, Floored parking and friendly staff.

Cons: rooms need maintenance and repairs (showers and door lock), Breakfast starts a bit late at 0730am daily and the strong wind makes whistling sound with the window

Absolutely amazing view, exceptional staff, amazing pool u0026 great hospitality. However the armchair by the desk was broken in my room, the one curtain had a big hole, I personally did not enjoy the food the chicken was so hard I couldn't even bite through it u0026 you pay for hotel parking as a guest.

Wow this is not a 4 Star hotel its actually deserve 5 stars
as the the service was the so wonderful the place is clean and neat and their staff is just so mannered as is if they go for training every week ????????????????????????????????????????????????????????you guys were actually wonderful

Beautiful Scenery and an amazing set-up. We booked the palace(5th Floor) for a small intimate lunch of 10 people and they have exceeded my expectations. I really enjoyed being there especially over looking the ocean. The inside of the building it absolutely beautiful, I would have never expected it to look so stunning. There was also an undercover parking available to us. The service was great and very accommodating. Overall, it was a great experience.
