I was booked in a room facing the ocean, the view is beautiful ???? from the window. The rooms are spacious, but with a small bathroom. The staff is quite helpful, especially the ladies at the reception. The breakfast was delicious, and there's variety to choose from. It's located in a great area, with different restaurants at the beach and I met a lot of international guests in the hotel

One of the best hotels of durban.
The staff is very humble and helpful.
The best part is entire staff speaks very fluent English, so no need to worry about communication gap.

The food is decent, rooms are big and spacious enough for stay.
The location of the hotel is right next to sea beach.

Had a great stay your hotel.
Keep up the good work.

Good customer service. The place is clean. They are quick to attend to customers when calling from their rooms. Definitely worth another visit/stay. Loved their breakfast setting

The area around Garden Court is buzzing with locals. I personally didn't want to venture outside. Rooms are reasonable, bathroom seems to be a standard size, bath and shower in one with curtain rails(the curtain rail in my room was torn). Lunch packs are unappetizing. Same thing everyday. Two slices of bread, one white slice with cheese and tomato and the other, brown slice with ham and lettuce. Breakfast packs are much better if you can't do the buffet breakfast early in the morning. Staff (the majority) are warm and welcoming and they'll try their best to accomodate you. Overall my stay was okay. Would not in my personal capacity stay here.

Each year we stay, we have a pleasant, excellent and great service. No noise, staff respects. Food was enough for breakfast. Ubuntu from staff and quick response.

The staff at this property are all great! They all go above and beyond to make your stay comfortable. It could be 5 Star's but unfortunate, here's no Halal food.

Rooms still using blankets as duvets. Service is fine. Location excellent. But you can't use you sunrands here you need to go to another hotel.
