Service has gone downhill very quickly.

We visited in December 2021, service was amazing. Currently sitting at the restaurant, had to request sauce four times for our meal. Order completely wrong. Staff seem untrained. Food is great.

Update, Goo (owner) reached out. Will be addressing service levels. Seemed like staff member was still in training.

Food was great! Loved the pad Thai, chicken livers and sticky ribs. Golf course is scenic but the seating is not great. Starter portions on the small side for the high price.

Visited this Venue for the first time and it was such an amazing experience.. From the Food to the hospitality. Goo and Sheri are the perfect hosts and make you feel so welcome. Thank You for an awesome Saturday evening????❤????

I want to state at the outset that my poor review is based on whomever manages this restaurant's WhatsApp account. I messaged (on a Wednesday) asking them if a previously advertised Ladies Night special that was running on a Wednesday evening was still available and I was told that it was not. Upon asking if there were any other specials running, I was told they're currently busy "working" on their new special and are only offering their normal menu. That was fine and I went ahead and booked for myself and my friends for that evening. The next day their FB page advertises the same special for Thursday ???? I know the restaurant is under no obligation to inform me of the special that they must have known was going to be running the next day but considering the place was almost empty when we were there, I'd think they would try to foster loyalty and encourage repeat customers with good customer service. They could have mentioned that they were going to run the special I was enquiring about for the next day. I know times are hard and every business wants to maximize their profit and if they hadn't run the special the very next day, I'd have made nothing of it and just assumed I'd had bad timing. However, they clearly don't value me as a customer - and that unfortunately works both ways . Regardless of how tasty the food was (and it was very good ????), I get to choose where I spend my money, and it won't be at Goos based purely on the customer service. They're probably very busy on weekends and public holidays but during the week, it was dead - there was barely anyone there on the both occasions I visited.
