They are clean,we were a large group and when we were eating you have to wait for others to finish (small eating area).The food nooo but other than that was ok

The place was clean that's no doubt. Maintenance to the rooms is poor. The tap was lose the shower door didn't close. The bathroom door jams
The wifi was terrible on the 4th floor. Even when it connects there is no internet service.
Apparently due to covid the dstv was disconnected. Which is a crappie excuse. The guard doesn't even use mask or the cleaner.

The receptionist was very nice, she gave us a good service and the maintenance guy but the rooms where not in good standard they need a revamp. The towels were torn beacons they are old you can't serve guest with rose towels

Booked for April 2020, then locked down happened..the service i have been getting from Grange Gardens hotel from 2020 until June 2022 when i finally decided to go and use my money has been amazing.their receptionists are friendly. I stayed there from 16 June 2022 till 19 June 2022.

The rooms are clean and neat but the carpets still needs some air circulation to dry, the service is ok but the Wi-Fi is very weak. The location surrounding has a lot construction still being done at the moment.

Poor service. Security has an attitude. No guests allowed. Apparently if your guest leaves another guest can not come stay even if there's only two people per room as the rules say. Worst experience from any place that we have booked in Durban.
