My staff and I are regular customers everytime we order something from here there is an issue, just for a portion of chips we have to pay an extra fee ,as for the lady that answers the phone to take down our order ,she has no customer ethics ,also any errors in the order they refuse to rectify it ,

The lady is so rude for the fact that she addresses you as mommy yet she is so arrogant it just goes to show she indeed doesn't have respect for her own either,

I have ordered food from Jolly grubbers today Albert street. I asked for chicken burgers and they send me mutton burgers . When i phoned the gentleman that took the order he told me he that what i wanted comes only in mutton. He did not inform me at all when i placed my order. Also i asked for change for R300-00 and i normally tip the delivery guys well but he only had a R20-00 changed. Well done you got a R50-00 tip in the end. Really un in pressed with this. I will for sure next time think twice before i order from them again
