I have been to Lapis Lazuli many times as it has been my first choice to buy that extra special gift for someone.
But... I won't go there in a hurry for sometime.
On the 29th Aug, I took my daughter there for the 1st time as she wanted to buy her aunt something extraordinary for her 40th birthday. The shop assistant was busy with another customer, and we thought that at sometime she may assist us.
We were there for about 30mins, and the shop assistant did not even assist us (ask what we looking for, price range etc - like it usually is), as she was too busy with the other customer. Eventually, we took it upon ourselves to open the cabinets to see what the price and the gemstone was, and still no assistance.
The only time she assisted us was to take my daughter's card to effect the payment of what was eventually chosen.
And to top it all...she merrily tells us that she can't multi-task, "sorry I couldn't help you". Hmmmmm. Not 1 but 2 customers (my daughter and I), are going to look for an alternative place to shop for that special gift.
