I was actually so mad yesterday i waited over an hour for 2 big mac's and still when i went to ask, they told me to wait. I then requested my money back and went to another restaurant. I was so disappointed. Bad service period.

West street McDonalds is the worst ever. We wait more than an hour for something that not properly done or an ingredient missing. Like four times I get home opening something I did not order. It needs new management and stuff. They make one too many mistakes and late service and very poor service.

Ordered Two Happy Meals for a friend via Mr.Delivery was pleasantly suprised with the speedy delivery.... Order was received 25minutes before expected!!! Now thats What i call fast food????????????Thumbs up to Mr.D????????????

I love McD it's always fun and has a homey feeling. Plus I can't go without having their fried chips and McFlurry

Their service is a 100 and you don't have to stand in a queue, there's a self-service till or whatever very convenient.

The food and ambiance was great. Only major concern are the self service machines. They are not user friendly at all. The trained personal is also not available to assist battling customers. This causes unnecessary congestion at the entrance. Remedy the above and the place will be an ideal spot.
